I have been in communication with Alexander Forbes since 28 June 2013 and they either not respond to emails, take forever to respond, answer question did not ask and never gives feedback until you dig or lay a complaint.
Do I have to lay a complaint everytime I need to be updated and to get a response to my emails?
The last email I received from Alexander Forbes was after I laid a complaint that they are not responding and only to find they were struggling with my bank details but did not tell me till I complaint for feedback. I sent them the coRrect/active banking details and asked for an updated and also to know if documents are received and all is in order but still no response.
Alexander Forbes requires a complaint before they respond or give feedback.
Here I am AGAIN with another complaint for feedback and response.
