Needless to say ADT's response to my complaint lodged on the 30/10/2013 has been extremely disappointing.
They emailed the generic response you see to all the complaints lodged on HelloPeter, I also received a call from Customer Service to say that the matter had been escalated. About 5 days later I received a call from Sanet Pawson (after leaving around 5 messages for her to call me, not to mention around 6 or 7 emails), saying that she would get back to me (that was 2 days ago). I have still not heard anything from my specific Key Account Manager (Monica Du Plessis).
Anyway, absolutely nothing has changed. Our contact details have still not been changed, our alarm system in JHB is still not properly installed over a year after the installation was started, and we still have an extra lockbox installed in JHB after only asking for one.
Basically since I first lodged my complaint on HelloPeter, I have received 2 phone call, and received zero actual action. Once again, I am completely astounded that this is how they would treat a National Key Account, with over 9 properties under their "care".
