Please refer to my previous complaint lodged Wednesday 19 June 2013. I received a phone call on 21 June to inform me that I would receive feedback within one week. I have still not received any feedback more than a month later. This is unacceptable. I have been waiting for a response from the HPCSA for over one year and three months now regarding this complaint. I expect to at the VERY LEAST to be informed of whatever progress has been made, though I have been told that investigation into the complaint would take no more than six months.
