Extremely poor service

I lodged a complaint against Avis for debiting almost R9000.00 from my bank account without my permission and after about two months i then received confirmation that my complaint has been recevied with reference NCC/10/12/RAPHUNGA/23253 number. I have been making follow up regarding this complaint and to date i havent received any response and it has been more than five months since i have lodged the complaint. I have been sending E-mail to [Email Removed] but i am not getting any response.
