None compensation for ATM malfunction

Not only am I still waiting for my compensation of my salary not being returned into the correct bank account since october 2012, but now I went to BP sujee motors fuel station in benoni south to draw money from an ATM that did not give me the requested amount however did deduct it from my account apon calling the query line for assistance with the problem I was told the same thing the consultant told me in october that I will be refunded in 12 working days however it has been months since the incident apon querying it I was told that I took the money and I am now trying to take standard bank for a ride. And now due to faulty equiptment I am to once again suffer financially because standard bank refuses to take responsibility for the situation I have again found myself in. Standard bank truley is one of the worst banks in the country to deal with I have had nothing but problems with the establishment. If standard bank where to help me with these predicaments I tend to find myself in due to their incompitance and ignorance, I would be able to pay accounts on time but yet again I am still waiting for amanda from the complaints department to contact me in regards to my situation.
