The most disgusting service rver!!!

On the 19 of dec twi unothorised debit orders went off on my account one from wevacell for R429 which was for a cell phone contract i had and which i have full paid up in august 2013 already. The second from a dettec for R800, i dnt even know what this debttec is.

I phoned nedbank and asked to have the debit orders reversed and told them that the one was fully paid up and the other i have no clue what its for. They then tell me the cant do a debit reversal so i must get hold of the companies and ask them to reverse it.

Hello this is my money!!! And they fast to allow it to get taken out my account but have a problem with getting it back!!!

I have since gotten hold of wevacell who have appologised for the mistake and will be paying the funds back into my account but i can not get hold of this debttect. I asked nedbabk to trace it for me and they told me its an fnb account and gave me a trace number. I then phoned fnb who gave me a landline number and a cellphone number. I have phoned numerous times, left messages and still no joy.
