This is the 3rd time I'm reporting on this here at Hellopeter, and I can't even tell you HOW MANY TIMES I have phoned Nedbank about this problem. For months my debit orders have been coming off around the 22nd -26th of every month when the agreed date was the last day of every month.
The last time I spoke to Nedbank was at the beginning of this month (April) and they actually phoned me back to say the problem had been sorted out.
WELL GUESS WHAT NEDBANK! YOU MESSED UP AGAIN!!! I was debited today with no funds in my account!! (27th April)
I have had a call from ABSA saying my overdraft was under review because of these debits being returned, and what can I do? Nothing.
You must just look under Nedbank here at Hellopeter and see how many people are having this very same problem.
The things I would like to say to Nedbank right now would surely be censored.
