Savvy Account is useless!!

On Saturday we went to Checkers East Rand Mall to purchase our monthly groceries. When swiping my debit card to pay for the groceries I received 2 sms notification that the amount of R1, 634.08 was taken off my account double. We queried this at the Checkers Management, but they advised that on their side only one transaction went through. I phoned Nedbank customer services on Monday and the lady said it was a system error and they will have my money back into my account within 48 hours. This morning I phoned them again and they said my query wasn't lodged and they will submit it again, but can't tell me when I will be getting MY money back. I need my money to pay my bills!! When I overdraw my account you are quick to charge me R100 "Honouring Fees" due to this stupid savvy account that only deducts your transactions a week later and still showing the money as available in the interm and when you withdraw it and the transactions go off, you go into a minus. When do I get my money back and will Nedbank give me honouring fees and interest for your their mistake??? It's time to switch to FNB for me and my husband!!
