Debit order processed on wrong date

I took out a personal loan with NEDBANK. When I applied for the loan I clearly stated that the debit order must run on the 1st day of every month. When the first debit order went off it was the 28th of the month. I phoned the consultant that assisted me with the loan that they debited on the wrong day. He gave me a number to phone and told me that I needed to rectify it with this department. I did as I was told and left it there. I have phoned them in total more than 5 times to correct the mistake, but to no avail. The most recent incident was on Wednesday the 24th of April when I got a sms from NEDBANK stating they will debit my account on the 26th (today). I phoned the bank and informed them that my salary will not be paid in by today and that my debit order must run on the last day of the month. To my disappointment the debit order ran this morning and there were no funds available. I now have an RD on my account because of the incompetence of NEDBANK and their staff. I will never again do business with these, and advise people to think twice before making use of them. We are fortunate enough to have a variety of competent banking institution's in this country. use them.
