TIRED OF TRYING TO GET SATISFACTION

I have complained several times on Hellopeter and made several phone calls, send emails till my fingers are sore, none of which ever get replied to I might add. I started receiving statements via email without requested them this way. I have tried to stop this, eventually went into the Alberton branch spent a couple of hours there and was told this was now sorted and that I would receive them via post as I requested. I received one months statements via post, now they are sending emails once again. I cannot and do not want statements via email as I cannot access them on my email as it is a work email and company policy does not allow this. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS SORTED ONCE AND FOR ALL. DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER BANK. I am not a small insignificant client, I have considerable amounts invested at ABSA, but am willing to try FNB or possibly Nedbank, which one do you think I should consider?
