I contacted them to change my policy, and had a very pleasant experience. Besides that the service was excellent I even got a discount on my policy. Both girls was extremely helpful and sooo friendly. I think the advert of bending backs are very, very true. Well done to both girls. Wish all call centres were like this!!! Very, Very good. Keep up the good work.
