I have tried now unsuccessfully to have my statements mailed to me. I have complained on here before, I have been into the ALberton Branch and have been assured my statements will no longer be e-mailed but will be posted to my postal address. Alas I have just received another statement via email. This is my work email and we are not allowed to have private emails. How many times to I have to explain this to ABSA.
What do I have to do to get this rectified. I think I should really move my account to another bank. I have threatened to do this but ABSA dont seem too concerned. Perhaps they have enough clients and dont mind losing some.
