How can we waste your time

I'm a young student, just starting my life and saw an advert on how easy it is to switch to FNB, how mistaken I was. Firstly, I applied online with no problems, the next day I went to the Northmead Square branch in Benoni to collect my card. Upon arriving I explained to the collections lady that my ID has been and that I have my drivers Licence, my passport, a letter from my mother stating I reside with her and a certified copy of her ID and a water and lights bill, a certified copy of my old ID AND proof that I applied for a new one. I was then told that this is not sufficient and I need an affidavit stating that my ID was and that I applied for a new one. So after standing in a queue for an hour at the police station my affidavit was stamped. I then went back to FNB to collect the card, to then be told that my proof of residence was not sufficient, but it was sufficient the first time? What more can you people want from me? I'm disgusted at the treatment of this matter and I will now be going to another bank. Three trips later and FNB have just been wasting my time. FNB'S motto seems to be completely inappropriate, Seems the average Joe's busienss is not important
