Canellation of Funeral cove

Hi, I have a funeral cover with Metropolitan, when i applied for the funeral cover over the phone they never asked for a my certified id copy or letter. I wrote a cancellation letter and sent it to them, and they told me that I have to e-mail the letter with three signatures and my certified copy of my id, and i don't have time to go to the police station, that's why i did my application over the phone and they r still deducting my money. I have sent them the letter with no signature and no certified copy of my id< but they are still deducting. I wand them to refund me. I don't need their funeral cove
