Change of pricing plan with the smart device

I'm on the FNB fee saver option with which I didn't pay any banking charges on my account. FNB has the option to get a smart device through them and I did. But totday I got my statement and I have to pay R272 for banking fees. I contacted them and they explained that if I take the device I must be on a specific fee option and this option is costing me now a lot of money.
