I cant change my order due to the call centre

Good day,

I would like to thank my bank for the excellent service delivery I have had but recently I made an order for a smart device and tried to change but the call centre agents won't pick up the phones. I tried calling every number given the 087 736 7270 option 2 and 0860 327 827 option 6 but all was in vain. I love my bank but these guys for the past few days I tried stopping the order so that i can have the device I want but nothing and now the digital planet people are left with the device I ordered the first time and now I can't change it coz the call centre agent won't answer the phone. Those agents are not doing my favourite bank any justice because the device I need it as I'm living on Thursday. I wish to be assisted so I can change the device before I leave.
