I would just like to share my horrid experience, im so upset, but what can i do now... i called a week in advance to make a booking at City Lodge using my momentum multipy discount, i was not advised that firstly bookings must be done 3 days in advance, neither was i told the rates change. the booking was for 15 march as it is my birthday and calling today to confirm the booking, im advised the rates changed and now i must pay R500 more to secure my booking. obviously i did not make the booking as i dont have an additional R500, but in any event thanks momentum multiply for ruining my birthday. if i was told rates change, i would have secured and paid immediately a week ago.
