Smart device - ordered... and then NOTHING

I ordered a smart device on my online banking after hearing how fantastic FNB is and how fast you receive the device. I have now been waiting more than a month after ordering this device and have had no feedback or my device for that matter. I went to my local branch and they reported that there seems to have been someone who tried to contact me once, but did not get through, but no one has tried to get hold of me since. I am a new customer at FNB and apparently my device has been approved but PLEASE SEND IT TO ME... Disappointing FNB!
