I went to the fnb branch on the 01 March to change my cell phone number as I was advised that I need to go to the branch to do that, my number has still no been changed, I loged on this morning to transact on my account and the otp pin was sent to the old number that I no longer use, I am so furious because I need to send money to my mom as she has an emergency, I am planning to close this account as I have had nothing but grief from the incompetent staff, I receive sms notifications on the new number but they still have the old one online, I specifically went to the branch to change that! I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO KEEP GOING TO THE BRANCH... FNB WILL EITHER FIX THIS OVER THE PHONE OR I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
