I am very displeased with the service I received from standard bank. I went to the hatfield branch in november 2013 to change my cellphone number on my student achiever account.
The lady changed the number and I can receive sms notifications when I go online from a computer.
She did not change the number for the one time passwords that are to be sent to my cellphone.
I went back the next day and she told me it takes 24 hours to activate a new number. The lady was very impatient and had a bad attitude.
Its now the 6th of january 2014 and still no one time password.
I am very upset because the staff are incompetent and does not know how the system works.
Please assist me in this matter, or else I will be forced to open a new account at a more dependable bank.
I would like to be able to change my details personally if possible.
