I called fnb today because I wanted to change my cell phone number for online banking purposes, I was then advised by the agent that she cannot change my cellphone number, I need to go to the branch, I dont have time, and imagine if we had to go to the branch everytime we need to mae changes on our accounts, this is ridiculous, I's so annoyed, so this means that I cannot transact on my account until I go the the branch! really, fnb can do bette
