Yesterday I went to Adderly Branch to change my Cell phone number and link ACC to my account. I did not get a notification after the ACC were linked, I asked the consultant, and she said that she changed the Contact number after linking the ACC. This morning I forgot my pin number and I thought I can change it ONLINE, but I noticed that the OTP number is being sent to my old number, I then phoned the call centre for assistance, I was told that the number is changed only for Incontact service and that the old one still exist on my profile, he transferred me to another agent to change the NO. and advised me to ask to be sent back to his dept to assist me with the OTP but the call cut. I decided to go back to the branch and the same lady assisted me, but still when I try to buy airtime/ register on cellphone banking / eWallet the OTP is sent to the old number, she was supposed to advise me on what to do about the OTP because I explained the situation, and now I can't use the online nor cellphone banking services because I can't receive the OTP. Now I have to pay the phone bill @ work, I don't expect you to bill me for the call because I did not get the help I needed.
