I have order my Ipad on the 27th of Feb.
I have receive and sms stating my order is being processed after not hearing from them I send an email, the agent then replied in wrighting on the 4th: Please be advised that your device has been approved and I have put the request forward to have your device sent to the couriers, as soon as it reaches them it will take between 5 and 10 working days for delivery. After not hearing anything yet again I emailed the agent and asked him to provide me with the name and contact details for the courier company in order for me to phone then and and confirm a delivery date, after phoning the company Digital planet, they confirmed that they have not received any package for me. What the is going on? I just need some answers!!!
