I cannot believe that FNB have messed up again!

What is the point of being a premier banker when I receive even below average service? I placed an order for a Samsung device package. The order gets sent through to digital planet as a duplicate. They then cancel the order and tell me to contact FNB. I receive a call on Monday from Digital Planet to confirm that all is in order and they will deliver my package. I contact Digital Planet now and they advise that the only order I have is the duplicated one which is cancelled. Now I get told they are waiting for FNB to send through the order still. Therefore Digital Planet and FNB have messed up once again. Nobody at FNB can even help me or make an effort to fix the error and make sure I receive the package I ordered in December already! After FNB messed up so badly in December, I swore I would change banks and now I regret staying with them this long. I have honestly never received such bad service before. It is not even a case of over promising and under delivering. There is no delivery or service at all!
