Didn't receive my aritime from *120*2272#

Good morning

I bought Vodacom airtime using the Absa number *120*2272#, that directly debits my Absa savings account.
My account was debited with R55, and I never received my Aitime, I was so confused so I called Vodacom to check what's happening. That is when the told me to lodge a complain with Absa.
It was midnight Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to go to an Absa branch.

A case was made and the case number is 2183938, and they said they will contact me to tell me what's happened.
Days passed without hearing anything from them, I then went to Sunninghill branch since it is near my work place, I repeatedly went there maybe 4 times, hoping to get my airtime, but they had to call another department and made me wait for 30 minutes at most.
Lately I went to Pretoria since it was near the company I'm consulting at, they told me the case was closed.

As to why it was closed, I don't have any idea, I never received a single call, an sms, nothing.
I ended up thinking that my R55 means nothing to Absa,
They gave me this number 0112766340 to call since this is the person who was handling this case, Thamiel.

Can you please look into that.
