RUDE FOR CUSTOMER

On the 31/12/2012 i went to ABSA at OR Tambo on my way from NEW YORK (USA) to reverse the unauthorized debit order and spoke to Nhlanhla Ngele, she was so rude and even asked me "what am i doing in the bank on new year eve, don't i have a life"... i asked to speak to her manager/supervisor and she said..."is new year eve and what am i thinking"... i told her i will complain about her and she said "i wish you good luck because nothing will happen to her because i am "muntu o mnyama"...

i have been a ABSA customer for years and i felt naked by her bad Attitude.
