Incorrect debit orde

ABSA have charged me an additional R1600 on my Vehicle finance debit order! They claim it is for insurance yet I am already insured with Santam. I sent proof of insurance to ABSA when they requested it in March (2 months ago) and yet they still feel that they can my money! I've contacted ABSA and as usual there is no one there that can help me. I spoke to a Muirhead Malgas who was rude and unhelpful. Considering ABSA has literally my money I find this response to be utterly disgusting! I will be cancelling my debit order with ABSA and my bank - FNB - have assured me that they will be reversing the transaction and I will be paying the amount as a scheduled monthly payment myself. You clearly cannot trust ABSA.
