I have never received any calls or attempted calls from Standard Bank. Could you send me the letter that you sent to the credit bureau as proof that my account is up to date? I checked my credit score and it has been affected. How will I be compensated for being wrongfully accussed off an outstanding account? I would prefer to keep our discussion online.
