A Debit order went off my account for the value of R399 from XFINITY that I' did not authorized this morning. I managed to get the number of the business XFINITY which according to them deals with life insurance when I asked them who gave them authority to debit my account they said it must of been a capturing error. They promised to reverse the debit order and it would reflect in my account by this afternoon and guess what it has not happened. This is becoming a great concern as all activity seem to only happen at ABSA and this is not the first time money has been taken out of my account. I am really considering closing by banking account with ABSA as I am unable to trust them to look after my money.
