Ms Marne De Klerk, bad Attitude

I phoned ABSA home loans on tel: (012) 521 8600 at about 11:45, was pushed all around and put on hold all over for over 20 minutes. I finally was put through to enquiries where I spoke to a Ms Marne De Klerk. I asked her for my home loan statement to be e-mailed to me as the last one was in May 2012 that I received. She said that I should just go into an absa branch and get one. I tried to explain that I always receive it via e-mail, and that it was very inconvenient for me to get to a absa branch. She was very abrupt with a don't care attitude in her response to me being well that is the only thing to do. I then asked what was her supervisor's name and can I be put true to the supervisor. She said hold, as I was holding I could hear her discus me with the supervisor, saying that this is a rude customer etc. Then a Mr Adil Nathoo came on the line and said that he is the supervisor, I explained that all I needed was a statement e-mailed to me. This was at 12:10, he took down my account number and cell number and said that he will call back in 10 minutes time. It is now 12:30 and no call or anything. O he just called now to say that he is still busy checking and he did not forget
