On 30 January 2013, I called BMW Finance requesting a change to my debit order date.

The agent indicated that a change to debit order date could only be done after month-end, therefore he would diarise it and change it on 01 Feb 2013. I logged in on 03 Feb 2013 to see whether it was done, and it was.

This is the first time that any call centre agent has ever implemented a service that he had promised to diarise and do later.
