No-one answering an emails!!

I sent a msg thought my profile and it states 'we will get back to you within 24 hours'. Well it's over a week and still no reply. I then managed to get a email address from someone who works at Standard Bank Durban North and got an auto reply (as she is on maternity leave) saying "Kindly contact BizDirect Response Centre on 0860 109 075 or e-mail [Email Removed] for any queries". Well I did that and guess what - NO REPLY. Shocking!! Do you know what my business?
