Cannot change debit order date

I phoned Rochester in PE on the 22 Jan 2013 to change my debit order date to the last day of the month they lady said that the debit order run has already been submitted i must phone back ont eh 1 Feb 2013 so i did where i was told that they cannot change the debit order date because Feb only has 28 days, they will do it next month to be able to set it to 31ste of the month where i must now phone them again to change this. With that logic my debit order will only go off each month that has 31 days then.

Where they will probably phone me again to say my debit order has not gone off. They phoned me on the first month i purchased my lounge suite to say that they did not receive my debit order and i will be blacklisted if not paid by a certain date where i sent them a proof from the bank that they deducted the money 2 days ago, s the lady said that she is sorry about this but they cannot check at the moment cause their systems are down. SO your systems are down now you phone your customers and tell them they will be blacklisted!!!
