As usual every month i have a look see my credit card statement, however this month to my surprise I am shocked to see an annual ebucks membership fee amount go of for 200ZAR.
How do you explain this and how has this been linked as I had NEVER requested this!!!
I am seriously annoyed as we should have documentation supporting this and all the call centre says is that "we not sure how this happened i can put you through to credit card division for assistance'
