Last week R 200 was debited off my FNB credit card. I then found that the R 200 was for a annual fee for having ebucks linked to my credit card.
I was not aware of this charge and this is not in my budget, and ontop of this I need to pay the R 200 back at the end of the month with interest.
I phoned ebucks and they told me to delink the card from ebucks and then to contact the credit card department. This is a lengthy process of which I feel should not have been a problem for me from the start. If FNB communicated this before this would have not been a problem.
Now I need to wait for the card to be delinked and then contact the credit card department and how long will this take before it is sorted.
I am not willing to pay R 200 for something I was not aware off.
