Exorbitant Charges

I switched from STD Bank to FNB, I tried contacting the call centre on several occasions to switch my debit order and as usual no agent picks up after 30 mins, I paid off the loan account on the 4th and only to find out I was charged twice for the debit not going through and also a few other charges that amount to R344, kindly reverse that amount immediately
