Hi Steve, You never have to worry about FNB they have just got so arrogant and full of themselves. I lodged a complaint on on the 1st March 2013 about their e-bucks and they haven't even bothered to contact me, I also left a message for their General manager and he has also ignored me. Cause all they are so interested in is beeping their clients and don't have to care about THEM!!! So sad isn't. So don't worry about them because with attitudes like this your clients will come running back to your bank.
