Cheque Card sent to Wrong City

Hi FNB,

I originally had no intention of writing this complaint; that is until I heard one of FNB's latest radio ads.

It talked about a women who hates the Steve ads. I also hate the Steve ads.

I really hate the Steve ads!

This lady then talks about how beep bank sent her a message to say that her card had arrived. The only problem is it was delivered to Cape Town, while she stays in Stellenbosch (about 40km away). This was reason enough for her to leave beep bank and change to FNB.

Well I recently received an SMS to say that my new Platinum Cheque Card had arrived (yippee!). The only problem is it was delivered to Cape Town; meanwhile, I have been living in Johannesburg for the last 5 years (about 1400km away).

So now which bank should I move to? How can you help me?

P.S. My card still has not arrived.

P.P.S If you think this complaint is about my card being sent to the wrong city, then you are wrong. Can't figure it out you say?

Its about FNB being no different to any other beeping bank.
