I Just finished school and I want to start building up a good credit rating for one day when I want to buy a car. I go to Standard Bank for a cheque card. I don't qualify for a cheque card because my salary is too low. You need to earn R8000 to get a cheque card at Standard Bank. FNB offers me a cheque card so I'm switching to FNB. Why would I stay at Standard Bank until I'm good enough for them to get service?? You will offer full time students cheque cards and they dont even earn a salary but a part time student who earns a salary can't get one? That makes no sense! Instead of worrying about bringing in a sort of E-Bucks or the option of bying phones through Standard Bank worry about yout clients! You are so set on the competition that you forget about the people who should matter! No one cares about the other things. We care about what you can give us to go forward! Instead you keep us back and worry about nitty gritty offers! You don't loose clients because of what other banks offer. Its because you worry too much about them to think of clients! And first I got 4 accounts and I only knew of one and then all 4 accounts were closed without me authorising it. CLIENTS COME 1ST!!!
