FNB's Steve advertisng campaign trying to convince everyone how easy it is to change to FNB is a joke. I got a little frustrated with my bank of 20 years so I decided to open a new business account with FNB approx 3 months ago. I still to date have not heard a thing! A month ago I applied for a bond with my bank and also decided to give FNB a go. I got a short phone call from FNB and they mentioned that I qualified for the amount and would email me the application forms. A month later and NOTHING! I really don't think Steve is missing he is just doing what I am going to do, sticking to the best of the worst!
