STEVE IM SORRY I LEFT U PLEASE PHONE ME AGAIN

I am an average consumer that was very interested in the new fnb account for R79 a month, i mean after banking with Steve, fnb made it sound like a dream come true, like a bank finally understood the needs of an average consumer and came up with a product perfectly suited for 1. To my dismay i find its even worse, getting charged over R300 a month is hectic especially when you were expecting less, alot less. Price is not so much the issue though, the real problem presents itself when a branch manager of Fnb Randfontein cannot even, 1 month later explain why a consumer would pay the monthly fee included e bucks and not even have e bucks on my account
?
To my push me even closer to (beep bank) Fnb brags of a service to which free withdrawal of cash at shoprite but guess what, i can't, the teller at shoprites say it does not even offer that option when sw wiping my card.
Fed up is not the word, I'm leaning more toward something with more vowels in it.
Looking for Steve urgently!
