I heard an advert from FNB telling us Steve how ebucks is moving forward so please explain this to me. You have removed ebucks from our bond repayments (backwards) you have removed ebucks from our debit card must now have a cheque card (backwards) the companies where we can redeem or earn ebucks compared to Standard bank are poor (backwards) so please tell me how ebucks are moving forward when you have taken away a lot of functions. Here's the better part we have been banking with FNB for years moved our bond because you were useless have now brought it back for ebucks surprise, changed our account to one account but no one I personnel banker or ebucks has informed us that we must now use a cheque card only. The normal routine once a client we treat you like S_ _ _ . We are too busy trying to get new clients to worry about us old clients.
