Offer to purchase expires due to Standard Bank deleting application twice by accident!!
After apologies I was assured that this would be dealt with as a priority - believe it or not - right now 11/02/2013 it has still not been done, bare in mind that our first application was completed in Jan, Below please see mail and date from Standard bank

I dread to advise the application which adeline recaptured on wednesday under ref 4359423 has been deleted of the system once again due to head office duplicating the application under application number 4359302 which is now the only open application number for this application. I did send a email this morning advising this is unacceptable,
