This is ridiculous. Incredible Connection really needs to find another financial services group to manage their credit. I have been trying to get hold of Maravedi for 2 weeks now. This morning I was on the phone for 2 hours and I still get sent from pillar to post. All I want is to apply for a limit increase on my existing card. How difficult can it be for me to send you the documents you require?! Are you sure you actually want to do business or shall I just close the account and move on? That would be much easier it seems.
