I ordered a tablet from fnb and for 3 weeks i was given a round around as to when the device was going to be delivered. Nobody knew what was going on with the device, i waited until i decided to complain with their complaints department and spoke to Naomi who told me that i will receive a call from someone else with feedback within 24 to 48 hours but i never did, i have since cancelled my order but very unhappy considering that i have banked with them for more than 10 years and my platinum cheque account is in good order.
