I ordered a smart phone from FNB in December 2012
As I was going on leave soon and FNB could not have this delivered before this date I cancelled my order.
5 April 2013 I went to a DOT FNB store to try and re-order my device but they could not help me as my previous order that I cancelled was still open on the FNB system.
Called FNB 5th April to sort this problem out.
I then had to re-order the device.
19th April called FNB to find out about delivery and was to 10 to 15 working days.
24th April called FNB I get told that my device delivery was cancelled again.
24th Re-ordered the device from FNB after 25 minutes of the phone for the 3rd time and b get told can't tell be how long delivery will take as they have a back log and they have changed courier companies.
I personally think that FNB don't really care as I'm an existing client and would rather help their new clients as they want their business.
