I am disappointed in FNB, they just make promises they can't keep. I applied for Tablet was told I will get it after 7 days, and now no one seems to know if I am ever going to get the device, the smart device department manager should be demoted to call centre agent as he is failing, the smart device department agents are just taking heads that don't know anything about ANYTHING... Calling that department is more frustrating than anything else.
FNB is just biting off more than they can chew and maybe they should stop taking more customers until the present once are happy.
I regret leaving STD bank, FNB service is very poor.
I need to know if I am ever going to get the device ever?
