I had previously ordered a smart device and cancelled it but was charged a delivery fee for an item I never received due to my cancellation. On 14th March 2013, I ordered another smart device, the Samsung tablet N8000 which was approved but to date have not received it. I've gotten no feedback from the supplier or FNB as to the reason for this. I am a platinum card member and never expected such terrible service. Irony is despite me querying a refund of the initial delivery fee, I still have not received the refund.so I sit with no device and a delivery fee not refunded.
