Customer Consumer rights ignored to make Money

I have a serious case on my hands and need urgent help!
In 2008 I went out to buy my first car, I went to Auto select in Boksburg, they had a renault clio RS and I really liked it, I could not drive it as the battery was flat but we selling it with a 40 point check. The rep named Goerge said he has a connection at ABSA and can quickly arrange finance. I Took delivery of the car and immediatly took it back as it was shacking like mad and running skew. after a long despute between the dealer, ABSA and myself the car was sent to reanualt and renaukt said it was unroadworhty and will coast R18000 to fix. I refused to pay and ABSA repossed the car on the dealerships premises. This case went to ABSA's laywers, I asked to meet with them and make arranfgements and discussed this. They ignored me and went behind my back and on 06/03/2013 they took my rent money R3200 from my account without any arrangements. In the first place they cannot finance a vehicale which they did not have inspected and they said to me they are merely the financial institute - I have everything on file from day 1. I want ABSA to claim the money from the dealership and return my money and clear my name immediatly.
