Absa is one of the worst banks and then they have Hans Combrinck dealing with people. I have lodged many complaints agains ABSA and Hans and ABSA couldn't give a rats' about this.
I am trying to do right here but it gets me nowhere. For ABSA it is only about the money.
Get your act together ABSA. FNB and many other banks are way ahead of you when it comes to their clients.
